About Me

I am an accredited Sound Therapist, having gained my Sound Therapy Advanced Practitioner training via the Australian Sound Healers Association (ASHA).  I offer trauma-informed and culturally sensitive sound sessions, which involves creating immersive and therapeutic soundscapes, designed and delivered to support your needs.

The Sound Therapy Advanced Practitioner Training Course is nationally recognised and delivers trauma-informed training in the therapeutic use of sound and vibration. The program combines scientific research with ancient wisdom, equipping practitioners to safely facilitate sound therapy in one-on-one and group settings for emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. The one year (300 hours) course is recognised by the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT).

With an Honours Degree in Music specialising in Ethnomusicology and a background performing across a range of musical genres, I strive to bring both musical depth and and intentional presence into every session.

Session Flow

Arrive & Settle In

As you arrive and transition from your day, we take a moment to connect and discuss the session flow. For individual, twin, or couples sessions, we explore your needs more thoroughly, so the session can be thoughtfully aligned with your healing journey.

Intention setting

Once settled, we begin with a guided meditation, with the intention to connect you to your breath and prepare your mind and body for the sound experience. You are invited to set your own intention at this time.

Guided Sound Experience

Immerse yourself in a therapeutic sound experience using selected instruments, vocals and soundscapes to support deep rest, presence and alignment. Towards the close of the session, percussive instruments such as chimes are used to support your transition back to an awakened, alert state.

Integration & Reflection

To close the session, we allow time for silence, integration and reflection. Participants may share their experience if they wish, with no expectation to do so.
